Muslim Friendly Rice Flour Bread

Although there are not many shops selling Muslim friendly bread in Japan, KANAUTA KOBE-MOTOMACHI (Muslim ｆriendly sweets shop) started selling rice flour bread in October 2018!!

Ingredient

+ Non-chemical rice flour produced in Shiga pref.

+ Soy milk using only 100% Japanese soya beans

+ Cane sugar produced in Kikai-jima island, Okinawa pref.

+ Rice bran oil

+ Sea Salt produced in Awaji-shima island, Hyogo pref.

+ Organic dry yeast derived from exhausted molasses

Not Contains

Wheat flour, dairy product, egg, white sugar, butter, shortening, yeast food, animal ingredients

It is chewy and has a mild taste.

Price

A loaf of bread: JPY 1,400 (incl. tax)
Half: JPY 700 (incl. tax)

Notes
