KAN-MUS (The Kansai Association of Business Promotion for Muslim) held the Japan Travel Expo for Muslims 2017 in Osaka, Japan event on 12th and 13th July 2017 in Sakai city, Osaka, Japan.
There were about 1,300 visitors at the event, so the event was a huge success.

We invite you to try out products and services that have acquired Halal certification or lack certification but follow Halal guidelines. Many Japanese businesses will have exhibits, such as those by restaurants and lodging facilities, those for Japanese souvenirs and culture demonstrations, and those for Japanese-designed Muslim fashion.
Muslim Festival – Sub Event
We will introduce Muslim countries and culture as part of our aim for mutual understanding between Muslims and the Japanese via international exchange.
Muslim Fashion Show – Stage Event
We will also hold a Muslim Fashion Show mainly featuring Japanese designers.
Making the Longest Halal Temaki Sushi in the World – Stage Event
Muslim and non-Muslim make the longest halal hand-rolled sushi in the world together.
